Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If your return is due to our error (for example: the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.

For all other returns (for example: changed mind, fit, preference), the return shipping cost may be your responsibility.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items (Proof Required)
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To help us evaluate and resolve the issue quickly, please email support@jypod.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photos and/or a short video showing the problem (including the product, tags, and overall condition)

Photos of the original packaging, including the shipping label (if the item arrived damaged)
Please keep the item and all original packaging until your claim is reviewed and resolved.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
However, if your return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), or if we cancel your order or are unable to fulfill it, we will also refund the original shipping charges (if applicable).
