Shipping Policy (U.S. Only)

Thank you for shopping with JYPOD. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders within the United States.
Shipping Locations (United States Only)
We currently ship only to U.S. addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Carriers We Use
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order may vary based on your location, service level selected, package size/weight, and operational considerations.
Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

During peak seasons, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Pre-Orders / Backordered Items
From time to time, we may offer items that are pre-order, backordered, or made available for purchase before they are ready to ship.

The estimated ship date (or ship date range) will be shown on the product page or at checkout whenever possible.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order/backordered items, we may ship items together once everything is available, unless we choose to split the shipment at our discretion.

Ship dates are estimates and may change due to production or carrier-related delays. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Typical estimated transit times:

Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days

Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout): 2–5 business days
Actual delivery time may vary due to carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, or other events outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping option selected. Any promotions (such as free shipping, if offered) will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at support@jypod.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Undeliverable / Returned to Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from the carrier, we will contact you once it is received back.

We can re-ship the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or

We can process a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@jypod.com within 7 days of the “delivered” scan so we can assist with next steps.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed, but we will do our best to help you file a claim or locate the shipment where possible.
Damaged Packages / Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, email us at support@jypod.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue (including the product, packaging, and shipping label)
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
